Mylar reflections of New York City
Oh, to be a painter!
Less than a year and a half after I began taking photographs (back in 2003), I stumbled upon a technique for taking photos of the reflections in mylar paper. I dry mounted metallic paper to foam board and took that board with me everywhere. I worked in this way for five years. It was the beginning of a wonderful journey.
